Responsibilities
  • Property Sourcing: Proactively identify, evaluate, and list premium residential and commercial properties for both outright sale and long-term property management.
  • Deal Execution: Conduct professional property viewings, manage prospective buyer/tenant pipelines, and lead high-level negotiations to successfully close deals.
  •  Market Intelligence: Maintain a granular, up-to-date understanding of neighborhood property values, zoning shifts, and local market trends within your designated
    territory.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure that all property sourcing, marketing, listing agreements, and transaction documentation strictly comply with the Estate Agents Act (Cap 533) and all relevant land laws of Kenya.
Qualifications
  •  Academic Background: Hold a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Land Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Registration Status: Must be a Registered Independent Real Estate Contractor in Kenya with active licensing/registration status.
  • Statutory Compliance: Fully compliant with all regulatory frameworks governing Kenyan estate agencies and independent contracting.
